Water comes out the nozzle, but low pressure? ( more than when the motor is not running)
I would check the check valves and the unloader.
If the amount of water coming out the nozzle is the same when the motor is running or not running.
Either the key that connects the motor shaft to the pump shaft is sheared, or the pump is trash.
No water comes out the nozzle would indicate a clogged inlet filter or blockage at the gun valve or nozzle.

I bought a honda pressure washer power boss 3000. I load the gasoline, start the machine, but pressure water is not coming out from the trigger. i tried so many things , but can t get started.

If you are using a water tank for water supply, remove the water supply line from the pressure washer and connect a water hose from a faucet. Turn the water on, then crank the engine. Pull the trigger of the spray gun until water comes out. When then water starts to spray properly the release the trigger, shut engine down with pressure on the line then reconnect the water supply from the tank to the pressure washer. If this fixes the problem then the problem was "air-locked"! Happens alot with new pressure washers that have never been run. My Pressure washers runs for a few minutes and loses pressure then shuts off. What should i do?

Use a high quality carb cleaner poured directly into the gas tank and use a liberal (large) amount. Run the engine as long as you can with the choke on full or half full in order to get the carb cleaner into the carb. Then turn the engine off and let it sit for two or three days so that the carb cleaner can do its thing. While this is going on, why not do the below as well to improve water pressure. With the engine turned off, pour liquid TSP into the fresh water inlet until it comes out the other end at first just water that is already within the pump will come out but make sure you put enough TSP that it starts to come out the wand outlet. Then, let it sit for 48 hours and don't run it at all. This is how I fixed my no pressure problem tomsimmonds@yahoo.ca owner of Honda 5.5 with Comet pressure washer pump

My almost new Honda GCV 160 engine will not start.

Hi , I think you need someone to remind you these engins are not made by god and they work by obeying three simple rules ,
1.Spark , Can you see a very good blue spark
2.compression,,can you feel strong compression ,
3.fuel , is the right amount of fuel getting in , is the air mixture good ,

Now try these things

Find the manual and PROPPER set the gap in the spark plug ,
clean and check the air filter ,
remove all fuel and replace with brand new,
check the fuel filter, even in the tank tap?
undo the screw at the carb bowl , can you see petrol leaking ,

If everything checks out then try this to get it started,,

spray "easystart" in the carb , bypassing the air filter ,
if it wants to start but cant for long then its a carb problem
check float hight , float needle, jets and pins ,too much air getting in

find someone thats good on motorbikes , They like me know all the tricks to get things to start ,

Sounds like the governor is stuck. My pressure washer speeds up when it has to pump. Don't know if yours uses vacuum to trigger governor or direct linkage. Good Luck.
