When sewing the bobber thread bunches up underneath, and breaks off. I have tried djusting the bobber tension screw, and upper needle tension to no avail. How often should I oil this machine?

1. Your bobbin should have one drop of oil on the race (little area that the bobbin rides on) around two bobbins that you have emptied.
2. The top tension is way too loose. When you put the pressure foot down pull the thread (top) to see if there is tension. Start at four is a rule of thumb.
3. I have included some rules to follow when you are setting tension.

MY LEXMARK 4505 LEAVES 3-4 BLACK BLOTCHES ON THE EDGE OF EACH PAPER IT PRINTS, TRIED CLEANING THE ROLLERS TO NO AVAIL, ANY SUGESTIONS

ADJUST THE COLOR AND PRINT SPEED You may need to adjust the color and print speed. CHECK THE LEVEL OF INK IN THE PRINT CARTRIDGES 1 From the Finder desktop, double-click the Lexmark X5400 Series folder. 2 Double-click the Lexmark X5400 Series Utility icon. 3 From the Maintenance tab, check the ink levels of the cartridges. If an exclamation point (!) appears on a cartridge, the ink level is low. Install a new cartridge. Improving print quality These are possible solutions. Try one or more of the following: CHECK PAPER • Use the appropriate paper for the document. If you are printing photos or other high-quality images, for best results use Lexmark Photo Paper or Lexmark PerfectFinish Photo Paper. Do not use Lexmark Premium Photo Paper. Your print cartridges are not compatible with this type of paper. • Use a paper that is a heavier weight or bright white. CHECK PRINT CARTRIDGES If the document still does not have the print quality you want, follow these steps: 1 Align the print cartridges. For more information, see "Aligning print cartridges" on page. If print quality has not improved, continue to step 2. 2 Clean the print cartridge nozzles. For more information, see "Cleaning the print cartridge nozzles" . If print quality has not improved, continue to step 3. 3 Remove and reinsert the print cartridges. For more information, see "Removing a used print cartridge" on and "Installing print cartridges" . What is the replacement printer for HP Laser Jet

This document provides information about replacing the print cartridge for the HP LaserJet 1010 printer series, including life expectancy and replacement instructions. Print cartridge life expectancy The life of the print cartridge depends on the amount of toner that your print jobs require. When printing text on letter/A4-size paper at five percent coverage, the print cartridge lasts an average of 2,000 pages. This assumes that you set the print density to three and disable EconoMode. (These are the default settings.) See Ordering supplies for information on ordering replacement print cartridges. Changing the print cartridge Follow the below instructions to change the print cartridge:
  1. Open the print cartridge door, and remove the old print cartridge. See the recycling information inside the print cartridge box. Figure 1: Removing old print cartridge c00028312.gif CAUTION: To prevent damage, do not expose the print cartridge to light. Cover it with a piece of paper.
  2. Remove the new print cartridge from the packaging, and gently shake it from side to side to distribute the toner evenly inside the cartridge. Figure 2: Gently shaking new print cartridge c00028313.gif
  3. Pull the tab until all the tape is removed from the print cartridge. Put the tab in the print cartridge box to return for recycling. Figure 3: Removing tape from print cartridge c00035442.gif
  4. Insert the print cartridge in the printer, making sure that the print cartridge is in position. Close the print cartridge door. Figure 4: Inserting new print cartridge c00028315.gif
