Firelite is formatted for mac only, how do i reformat it to windows or back to the original?

If you are reformatting the disk on a Mac, then open the Disk Utility, then click reformat, and choose the format FAT32. If you have it connected to your PC, go to my computer, right click and select reformat, then choose FAT32.

DISCLAIMER: REFORMATTING AND/OR FORMATTING WILL ERASE EVERYTHING THAT IS ON THE HARD DRIVE. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE EVERYTHING YOU WANT BACKED UP.

Hope this helps!

How do i order a new usb cord for my firelite 80

On the drive is a label with the voltage AND current requirements for ti.
EG 12V 300mA or similar.

Any universal supply available almost anywhere that meets those requirement will do the job for you. If you can get one with a higher rating on the current eg 400mA as opposed to 300 then that will be better in the long term.

DO NOT apply more voltage though !
