Take stem out and inspect it should have a slot on the side of it to how it slides down into faucet. and packing nut on top that holds stem down may be to tight you can use a wrench and back off of it a little first to see if it will take care of problem.

No water going into powder drawer. It's going from pipe to machine then doesn't go anywhere. Also just makes humming noise!

Hello. Are you on well water by chance? From what you describe, the inlet water supply filter screens are clogged. Turn off the water supply to both hot and cold. You will have to remove the water lines from the back of the washer--don't get them confused. Use a dish towel to catch the small amount of water that will burp out of the lines due to the release of pressure in them when removed. Now, using a flashlight, look into the cold and hot water connections--there will be(there had better be) a fine wire mesh filter or a plastic filter in each water valve. If the filters are clogged, carefully remove them--be especially careful not to tear the wire mesh or crack the plastic depending on the type. These filters keep the sand, sediment, or other debris out of the precision valve mechanisms. Most likely, the cold water filter is clogged and is causing the symptom you describe. Rarely does the hot water side get clogged because the water first goes into the tank, then into the water line to the washer. Most, if not all, sediment drops into the tank instead of going directly to the back of the washer like the cold side does. Usually, the problem has been building up over time with the cold water just trickling into the washer. On all the electronic controlled machines, there is a built-in time limit for the unit to get a certain amount of water so the computer can start the cycle. If water is entering too slowly, the computer will error code out or strange symptoms might occur due to the lack of sufficient water. If the filters are clear, then you most likely have a jammed water valve and it will have to be replaced. The valves can come separately or as a single unit depending on the make/model of your unit. DON'T EVER USE YOUR MACHINE WITHOUT THOSE FILTER SCREENS. The machined valves will become jammed extremely quickly. I hope I helped you!

Water wont dispense but still makes ice. Also fridge side gets extremely cold no matter the settings and freezes stuff in the bottum drawers

Since your freezer control is the main thermostat , and your refrig control is only a damper , lower your freezer setting and turn the refrig control mid way . This will make the refrig run less , and keep the air flow moving , throughout the complete unit . When the airflow stops , by turning down the refrig control ( closing the damper ) , all the cold air will settle in the refrig section , thereby freezing everything in the lower section .
Since the water line runs thru the freezer door , too cold in the freezer section , will cause the water in the line to freeze . I would also suggest installing a dispensor heater ( pt. # WR49X10173 ) , which would hopefully avoid water line freeze , in the future . This part comes with installation instructions .

Noises are difficult to diagnose without hearing them in person. There are too many potential causes; maybe the power steering pump (turning the wheel to lock causes this), maybe tires, maybe a cv joint.
The A/C water is condensation that occurs because of the cold. This is perfectly natural and is a sign of a very cold-blowing A/C unit.
