I will never purchase from Black and Decker again, you cannot get around the chinese, I have a new product and I want to register and have questions

There are very few things you can buy now that are not made in China. Unless you want to pay top dollar and get the same thing made in Europe. We are in a "disposable society". B & D has only done what it had to to survive. I would not doubt that it actually a Chinese owned company now. That have done that with several former U.S. owned companies that were failing, and moved them to Chaina.

Register new product


Go to Black and Decker again and on the right hand side of the header is a link to MyBlackandDecker.com for registering your new tool. If this doesn't work let me know and I will go a different route.

Having trouble registering product


Try Black & Decker Tools. From there you can be directed to a link to register your item. Have the item name, model number, serial number,purchase date, where you purchased it, and any other info related tro your product. This should be all you need.... NOTE.... You may have to create a user ID and a Password to do this...If all else fails ...call the toll free nuber on your registration paper work.....SOMETIMES it is great to have a person to person conversation...at no cost to you as it is a toll free #.....Happy New Year....Joe

Try Black and Deckers website again and in the header on the right hand side you will see a link to register your new tools.

Cant register my black and decker tools onlne


Changes were made to the website. Start at blackanddecker.com and select the customer support option that appears at the top right of the page. You will see the option to register your products on the left under heading of products and services. Click on product registration. Sign in as a guest and you should be able to register your products.
