Press the eject button on the Wii.

The eject button is a rectangle with a triangle on top of it. It is located near the bottom of the front of the Wii. It should be just above the gray box holding the Wii if the Wii is vertical.

If the Wii is horizontal, the eject button should be near the top left corner of the Wii.

Its the drive that u slide the cd in

In the front of the CD Drive, there is small pin hole, it is usually located near the Eject button. To manually eject it, use a pin about 1 to 2 inches long, push it in the pin hole until the tray ejects.

A dvd is stuck in the drive. It resists all attempts at removal including the ''eject cd'' command in Open Firmware. Can I manually remove it?

The iMac (Slot loading) computer's disc eject mechanism is electrical instead of mechanical. To eject a CD-ROM disc at startup that contains system software, press the mouse button until the computer ejects the disc. If the disc does not contain system software, wait for the iMac to start up and drag the disc icon to the Trash.

If either of these steps fails to eject the disc, push the drive's manual eject button with a small, blunt object like a paper clip. This button is located to the right of the CD/DVD slot as shown in Figure 1. The computer must be turned on to eject a disc in this manner.

ht3007_1.gifFigure 1 Manual eject button

Once the disc is ejected, it extends just beyond its center hole so you can remove it from the drive. If the disc fails to eject, while holding in the paper clip, use another CD to gently push against the inserted CD. This gentle pressure may help to release the inserted CD.

Important: After ejecting the disc with the manual eject button, you must restart the iMac in order for the CD-ROM or DVD-ROM drive to work.

Cd wont eject.

I was having the same issue with my KD-S5050. I also tried the CD eject lock reset with no results. By using the following steps I was able to reset my CD player and it is working properly again. On page two of the user manual is shows how to do a full reset of the cd receiver. While holding SEL (Select), press ATT (Standby/On Attenuator) for more than 2 seconds. This will reset the built-in microcomputer. http://www.fixya.com/Brands/J/JVC/Manuals/kd_s5050_cd_d2ce2654fa2aab37f3ad2b4ce1e33443/images/KD_S5050_CD_D2CE2654FA2AAB37F3AD2B4CE1E33443_2_p2.jpg NOTES: ? Your preset adjustments ? such as preset channels or sound adjustments ? will also be erased. ? If a CD is in the unit, it will eject when you reset the unit. Be careful not to drop the CD.
