A few things to try:
1 - Icemakers usually have an off switch. Try flicking that on and off a few times to reset it
2 - Icemakers usually have a lever that tells them to stop when full. Make sure that lever is not frozen in place. make sure it can click back and forth a few times.
3 - Do you have an external filter along the line that needs to be replaced?
4 - Are you sure the water supply was turned back on? follow the line and check all valves.
I can think of two possible problems. The ice has frozen together and will not allow the ice screw to push the ice out the dispenser. Or the motor for the ice screw is broken.
1. Shut off icemaker with lever at icemaker
2. Remove ice container (either throw away ice or save in another container).
3. Put back empty ice container.
4. Leave ice maker off for about an hour.
5. After an hour , check if motor is working by trying to dispense ice. You should not expect any ice but you should hear the motor /auger moving.
A) If you do not hear any thing , you need to get your motor replaced.
B) If you hear the motor , mostlikely you had an ice dam which prevented the ice dispense from working..You can turn you icemaker on.
Is the icemaker turned on? Did someone bump the on/off lever/switch accidentally?
If not, if you put your fingers in the ice tray, is there water/ice cubes? Unit may be froze up or the waterline may have froze up. Pull your food out and turn off the fridge and let the icemaker and waterline thaw. Speed it up with a hair dryer (caution that you dont melt plastic or wires).
This is due to the arm that controls the switch on the icemaker itself either being shorted or froozen in the toggled position. Usually the arm would lift as your ice container becomes full and shut the icemaker off until it reached a level where the switch would then toggle to the make ice position and then start makeing ice again. There are three 1/4" screws that hold the icemaker in place remove these screws unplug the icemaker and then use hot water to dethaw your ice maker for about 2-4 minutes after wards dry the icemaker then try reinstalling the icemaker if the problem persists replace the icemaker itself. If you have any further questions message me back I await your reply. Thank you Rick
this is probably due to the lever on the bottom of your unit not initiating with the switch in other words its not turning it off when it fills and not turning it on when it emptys in time best thing to do would be to buy another icemaker they sell no parts for icemakers and it wouldnt be worth to buy them if they did best to just replace icemaker check marcone appliance parts they are pretty cheap on there icemakers please remember to rank how this opinion helped in you appliance situation and if i can answer any further questions message me back have a great day

Good day, Pour water from small paper cup until it near fills the well of the ice maker. With the lever down, close freezer door and wait 2 to 3 hours. If it dumps then the ice maker should be good, if not, replace ice maker. If dumps O.K. then the dual water valve is bad, and needs replaced. You should check the fill tube that runs from the back of the machine to see if it is blocked with ice. (requires removing ice maker) but even so, if it is iced, you'll need to clear, but the water valve in the back rear of the machine is leaking and still needs replaced.
unplug the ice maker, remove the 3 screws that hold it to the wall, you will see 2 holes one on each end top inside icemaker ,and the lever just kind of slipes into place, put one end in at a time, test it make sure it clicks when you pull up on it and down on it,reinstall ,let me know how you do-mike
MAKE SURE THE ICEMAKER IS ON,ON OFF BUTTON OR LEVER IN DOWN POSITION,CHECK TUBE BEHIND ICE MAKER PULL IT OUT LOOK IN IT LOOK IN FREEZER HOLE TO MAKE SURE IT'S NOT FROZE UP,CHECK WATER INLET VALVE ON LOWER BACK OF FRIG.,LOOSEN CONNECTION TO SEE IF GETTING WATER,IF WATER IS COMING OUT IT IS A BAD WATER VALVE ONLY ONE SIDE TO WATER DISPENSER IS WORKING,VALVE IS NOT OPENIBG TO ICEMAKER SIDE,THANKS-MIKE
There is an opening next to the auger that dispenses the ice. In there there is a lever that must move up and down. It actually seats the metal rod on the bottom of the ice maker and controls cube or crushed. Make sure the lever is down (cube position) when you return the basket to the freezer. I had to hold it down while I slid the rod into the opening. Viola! Cubes again.
