Tips for a great answer:
Since you say that is isn't cooling
properly, I would first start off by cleaning the condenser grill
that is located under the cabinet. While this won't correct your
problem entirely, it will help!
Most likely you have a defrost system malfuntion. The defrost system consists of the defrost heater (p/n: 5303918208) which is the long tube like thing that sits directly below your evaporator behind the panel in the back of the freezer (inside the freezer). It also consists of the defrost thermostat (p/n: 5303918202), which is located next to the evaporator. Both the defrost heater and defrost thermostat can be checked with an ohm meter - a non-open/infinity reading is good. If both of those check out and are good then it has to be the defrost timer (p/n: 215846602) which is located behind the plastic shield (with the light bulb).
Suggest you defrost the unit (making sure no ice or frost is behind the freezer panel then plug the refrigerator back in. If everything cools down then my diagnosis is correct and one of the components of the defrost system is bad.
