for the question of water comming in the spin cycle, yes its normal we call it a spray rinse. For the shaking check your leveling and also make sure that the back leveling feet when lifting back of washer up and down that the foot mechanism is functining.
Based on your description, it sounds as if your outer spin bearing is faulty. See link below for an illustration of the bearing. Special tools are required to replace this item.

Amana ALW480DAW seems to be not completely draining. When I start a new load water in basket becomes dingy and smells. Washer smells when it has not been used for a couple of days. We have checked the outflow and inflow drain tubes found no problems. It seems to spin and agitate normally, it drains to a point and leaves water in it, not visible in the basket. When we blow on the outflow tube when it is done draining there is still water present, we can hear it bubble.
the smaller belt is causing the tub to spin too quickly. the shorter belt is causing the motor to overheat and causing the thermal overload protector to shut dowqn the motor. when the motor cools it starts up again. replace the belt with te correct size and that will solve your problems
khorak, I've seen this on this model a bunch of times. The inlet valve is weeping water. You need to change it out. The top has 3 screws in the back and it will slide off toward the back. The valve sits on the left side, right up on top. Easy job, part number is 8181694. Catriver
I'm not familiar with this washer, but if there is water in the drum when it comes to the spin cycle chances are that it won't spin. The likely cause of water left in the drum would be that it is not emptying fast enough, so you might check the pump for a blockage, or if there is a filter check that for some obstruction like fluff, coins, or small items of clothing which can sometimes get drawn through from the drum.
