Press & hold the reset button on the router. It's very tiny & you may need a paper clip to do it. They're usually located near the power jack. Hold it in until all the lights go out,then release it. This clears the wep key or password. Now you can get on the network. You'll need to use a pc that's wired to the router to put a new wep key in & password,unless you just want to stay unsecured.
