SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Replacement parts for 7" AGPtek Android tablet

I believe the person asked where to get replacement parts for tablet PCs, not for commentary on the price of parts or their skill on electronics repair.

Best place I have found to get replacement parts for microelectronic devices is ebay and amazon, although with an off brand like AGPtek you may be forced to purchase the parts through the manufacturer (most likely for a SIGNIFICANT markup.) I know with my AGPtek TP15 tablet, replacing the glass digitizer consists of disconnecting a couple ribbon cables and attaching the replacement. Getting the parts is the hard part.

Hp tc 4400 hard drive enclosure needs to be replace i need a part number

This sounds interesting. Are you ordering the part from HP? If so, they should be able to provide the part number. Otherwise, you will have to get hold of a repair manual- they have the parts lists. Here is a phone number for HP Support: 800-HP invent.

Random windows resets

Hi I am Vortash I was wondering if you had done an independent Virus and spy ware scan at all recently .. as this to me sounds like maybe your set has picked up a post box command .. ie that's where you get someone using your computer to send either illegal or fraudulent emails .. you may even have a third party tracker but it really sounds to me like external interference .. if it was the computer I am sure it would flash an error or warning message to tell you what it had just done this sounds suspicious .
If it was mine I would save erything I wanted to a USB pen or External drive and format my drive and re-install windows ..
You do this by placing your windows CD in the drive reboot the system and when it ask's to boot from cd press any key you do so
and it will start the process then just follow the instructions it is actually really easy . when it ask's to save the old windows you say NO and it will erase it .. and when reinstalled don't use the same passwords on anything .. if you have any problems contact me again on here and I will walk you through the process ..I am here everyday at 1 pm onwards GMT . Regards Vortash UK

Toughbook CF-18 Supervisor Passwd

Toughbook CF18, CF-18
How to remove the BIOS Supervisor Password:

Open all covers and openings. Remove hard drive and battery. Remove bottom of notebook. Many many tiny screws.
Now look towards the rear of the notebook. You will see 2 plugs both have a red and black wires. The one with the much smaller wires and connector is the BIOS battery. Use a pair of needle nose pliers and remove this plug.

Leave it off for 5-15 minutes.

Leave the BIOS battery plug off. Replace the laptop's main battery. Leave the hard drive out. Turn the unit over and turn it on.
Press F2 when the screen comes up. POOF! NO PASSWORD!

Go to Security and disable the password. Save configuration. Turn off the notebook. Replace the small connector. Turn it back over and turn it back on. Press F2 and verify that there is no password. Go to Security and Disable the password again. Save the configuration.
Put the bottom back on. You're done.

NOW FOR THE BAD NEWS!!!
Your hard drive is now dead. Replace it. When a supervisor password is used it locks the hard drive to that password. There is NO WAY to recover the hard drive. It is called an ATA security password. Without the ATA password the hard drive is completely useless.
