Hi Tracy, welcome to Fix ya.
I believe know exactly what happened here- one or more of your tub support rods has broken and that caused the tub to drop down. Those are actually pretty easy to change yourself! Lift the lid, look for two plastic caps, one on each side, that cover the screws the secure the washer top to the cabinet. Pop the caps off, take out the screws. Now the whole top can be opened up (it's on a hinge of sorts) and now you can see the main basket/tub assembly. The rods fit in a recess on the tub at the bottom and on the top of the rods, the triangular plastic sits in each corner of the machine. There are no tools needed, these rods come off very easily.
You can get a set here: (They are sold in sets of 4 and should be replaced as a set)
I hope this info is useful to you.

Try unplugging the washer to reboot the curciut board. Leave unplugged for 5 min. Then replug and select only one setting. Multiple setting selected in a short period on time will confuse the little brain in the board. Reboot to fix. Be patient!

Unplug the machine have someone tilt the machine back and look under the machine for a little fan on a motor give it a turn to see if it spins it might just be sticky or it may need replacing.

b4 u remove bowl try this 1/ buy 2 pkts bicarb of soda. 2/pour into empty bowl of unit. 3/select high water level 4/ select hot fill. 5/ start cycle 6/ let it wash for 5 to 10 mins then turn it off, do not let it get to rinse and drain the water away. leave it over nite with water still in it, in the morning restart program and let it do a normal cycle with no clothes in it. it will not refill as it already fill of water.please reply to see how u went or 4 more help
