My solution required another Nokia 6300 that no config problem and program nokia PC SUITE
First u should connect Nokia 6300 that no config problem to the computer and backup its setting via nokia PC SUITE
then connect your phone 6300 that have config problem to the computer and restore this backup via PC SUITE
after restart the phone and enjoy
If it doesn't work contact me email@example.com . but if other phone have this problem such as nokia 3110c it required the same model nokia 3110 for backup its setting.

It is very important that you have a back up of your phone's set up. the best solution to this problem is to restore phone settings using a compatible nokia pc suite for your nokia6300. this has become my problem also and fortunately i always back up my phone set up before i do something or change any setting in my phone.

No..i encountered that on my 3110c..
do you have files in your gallery? delete some of them atleast 1mb.
because 3110c and 6300 are using a shared memory so everything you done to your settings, organizer and gallery occupy the same memory..
after deleting a file..try making a new account..that will help..

The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
