Question about Computers & Internet
My notebook LGR410 DVD is not working out of sudden.the error message: Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39). when i run the windows update, it is said that the software is up-to-date. the software is Hitachi HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GSA-T50N. i couldn't find the driver on the Internet. please help.
You need to take the drive out and put it back in. Try doing a BIOS update if one is available or simply reinstall the Operating System. If this does not work either then you will have to replace the DVD drive.
