Question about Vizio GV47LF Television
Check the f1 fuse on the mainboard, it is a very tiny 1.5 amp ceramic fuse in the upper right corner, and can be fixed by soldering a radio shack fuse to bypass it.

Something on the power supply board has failed. One or several of the voltages is bad and you don't have full control, no off, no screen voltage, etc. Unless you can troubleshoot switching power supplies, its best left to a repair shop.
