Hi! just a tip try to do a power drain turn off the computer make sure that it is totally turned off, try ro remove the battery and the ac adapter and anything that is plugged on to your computer. press and hold the power button for 15 seconds. try to put the battery and the ac adapter back try to power it on check if it would work. if it still doesnt try to uninstall and re install the audio driver. hope this help! goodluck!
