You should have 4 or 3 wires... cd turn on wire, ground wire, power wire, and last audio input and output wire... to hook the power wire up you would have to lead it going to the power source and make a hole or find one to travel it to the engine from inside the car, then bolt it the the car battery terminal. the ground wire you would have to bolt it to the body of the car from inside the trunk or where ever you have the amp, as long as it is connected to somthing metal! the cd turn on wire you would have to travel it to your (after market cd player or stock) to behind it, into the connecter which should be 16 or 12 and hook it in one of the wire holes! this also goes for the audio input and output wires, connect one end to amp then other behind the cd player! make sure to leave anough slack to b able to connect to amp! hope this has been helpful :)

Hi, you can split the preamp RCAs with Ys available everywhere. The amp input impedance shouldn't cause much load on the head unit. Let us know if you have more questions, and thanks for using FixYa.

I dont know witch wires are hot or ground on the 6 wire plug

Look on the side of your amp and the one that says gnd or something like that is ground. The one that says bat or something like that is your battery wire. The the one with a small spot for a wire is your signal wire. Other then that i don't fully understand your question

The Pioneer GM-5100T wiring help?!!

i just sent you the manual for your am everything you need to know is in there. i also have tht plug if you need it. but will only be used for high level inputs for factory radio's if you have a after market radio use your rca jacks. or if you want you could use a converter if you have a factory radio that makes speakers outputs from the radiointo rca jack that will go into the amp. the rca'sare the best way it will sound much cleaner. good luck

Amp dosnt work right

your amp cant handle the impedance of your subs i.e your running a 2ohm sub on a 4ohm amp!

Change the wiring on the sub so instead of running at 2ohm your run at 4

if you need to know how to wire up your sub to run at 4 then take a look at this wiring diagram

take a look at option 2

Hope this helps if so please dont forget to rate :)
