SOURCE: My washer (hotpoint ultra silent wf840) is

The meaning of F08 is that the heater relay is stuck or cannot be activated for some reason, this has the effect of stopping the water heater from working.
In order to resolve this the only thing you can do is to test the heater, and see if it is o/k.,if it is , then you there is not much else you can do, except call an engineer.

Error F-02 is a slow drain problem. Undo and remove the wide tapering pipe from the bottom of the drum to the pump. Inside you will find a non return ball valve, clean this and your problem should be solved

Do you have your hot and cold water turned on? Is there enough water pressure? Are there any kinks in the hose? Check also the inlets (with the hoses off), for any clogs or blockage into the washer

My washing machine is stuck on TEST

I have just experienced this problem and husband has been able to sort it. You just press On/Off and Start/Cancel buttons at the same time for a couple of seconds. You will have sorted this by now but someone may find this helpful.
