Your thermostat may be stuck closed. Check the hoses for bulges or cool hoses when the vehicle is running. The simplest thing is do you have enough coolant in the radiator?

if the temperature rises above 30 degrees then this is to let you know that there is a problem.
it could be one of these problems:
dirty condender
condenser fan not running (if available)
freezer fan stop working
compressor valves bad
lost of freon (under charge)
defrost heaters not working
bi-metal t'stat not working
timer bad

Make sure that your pully fan is blowing across ehe fins. Check and clean the air intake filter. Check the oil level.

check oil level may need oil and filter change radiator could also be dirty they clog up after awhile should be washed out with a hose often
