There are times when it says there is an update and ready to install, the download might still have gotten corrupted during download. It is best to go do a manual download from their website and update it from there. It also helps that you keep a copy of the update in case you need to reinstall the driver / software again

To download and install the System Update Readiness Tool, follow the steps below:
1. Click Start
