Question about Nokia 6300 Cellular Phone
Phone got a tiny bit wet. No usually just two blue lights either side of phone come on, but nothing else. Very ocassionally it fires up properly for about 5 minutes before it dies again. Is it terminal?
Take apart the phone and take out the mainboard and soak it in isoprophanol to dissolve oxide/corrosion.
use a soft toothbrush to wipe off dissolved oxide.
rinse with plenty of isoprophanol to clean the mainboard properly.
let it dry, mount the phone and it will work again.
