Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

I cnat open badoo in mozila firefox

If your doing this at work, it could be a firewall issue. If your at home and no firewall is setup then make sure you go into Tools, Options, click on remove individual cookies, then click on the button that says remove all cookies. Close out of Firefox and then go back into it. You should be able to go to the badoo website.

If you still can't, go into Internet Explorer and see if it opens up, if it does then there is an issue going on with Firefox. you'll have to uninstall firefox and then download the latest version and install it.

If you can't get into badoo in Internet Explorer then at that point you can't access the site at all. It will either be a problem with security like an anti-virus program or you can get a hold of your ISP to make sure they arent blocking the site. Also make sure you don't have any toolbars installed in your browsers because they will stop sites from loading as well.

Every time I connect to net this site opens on its own.It is very embarressing as it tends to open infront of others.

which site? this site?

If you are using Mozilla Firefox go to TOOLS then OPTIONS you should be able to see a box beside the word Home Page. Type in that box the website you want your browser to open everytime you open Mozilla Firefox

if you are using Internet Explorer go to TOOLS then INTERNET OPTIONS it should be the same with Mozilla Firefox. a box beside the word Homepage. Type in that box the website you want Internet Explorer to open everytime you open Internet Explorer

IF the website you are ferreing to just INSTANTLY POPS OUT. then it is an adware (virus), you need to have your antivirus program scan your computer.

Not automatically going to yahoo mail when going into mozilla firefox

For that you need to set yahoomail as home page in mozila firefox. Open mozila firefox and then go to tools ->option. Then you can see Home page enter there "ymail.com" without "" then apply and ok. Then when you start mozila you can see yahoo mail sites. Let me know if you need further assistance. Thanks for using FixYa.

Make sure that you have an Internet connection. If you do, then optimize your browser to see if that would help. Please follow the steps below:

* For Internet Explorer
- Open your Internet Explorer > Tools > Internet Options
- Click on Delete button under the Browsing History.
- Close and re-open your Internet Explorer
- Try accessing these Web sites again

* For Mozilla FireFox
- Open your Firefox > Tools
- Select "Clear Recent History" > select Everything from the drop-down arrow
- Click "Clear Now".
- Close and re-open Firefox

These should resolve the issue.

Have a great day!

I can open yahoo home page but further cannot open any links

Make sure that you have Internet connection by going to other websites which you don't normally visit.
If you have security software, try disabling it temporarily then try to click on the links again.

If you're using Internet Explorer browser, clear temporary internet files which are unnecessary. To do that, open Internet Explorer, at the top of the bar, click on Tools>Internet Options> then click on Delete Cookies, Delete Files and Clear History.

If you have Mozilla Firefox browser, go to Tools and click on Clear Private Data.

If you still can't access the links on your yahoo homepage, check if you can access links from other websites. If you're also having problems with other websites, it's a browser issue.

In cases like this, if you have Internet Explorer and you have this problem, I would suggest downloading Mozilla Firefox from www.mozilla.com

Also try to reboot your computer and modem..

And scan the computer for possible virus infection using a security software..

You may also contact your ISP so they can check if there's any latency or fluctuations on their end.

Check internet explorer connections to see if you have configured IE to connect to the internet with a proxy.Usually if IE is configured to use a proxy,it affects firefox too.
