Ok, well most thing with an element are pretty easy to troubleshoot, you need to check, there is Power to the Element, Check for any "Thermal Fuses" Check wiring to Element, essentially , at where they wires join to the elements ends. Check the Element, it should have some resistance, anything from 7 14 OHMS would be OK, usually elements fail, open circuit. Check Thermostat too, see if it is opening and closing at the desired temperature. The thermostat and brain are the only things that can stop things.

Don't have a manual need to know how to operate Do I add oil or butter in bottom with the corn if so how much?

the ratio for popping corn with oil is three parts corn to one part oil . So a 6 oz kettle you would use 6 oz of corn seed to 2 oz of oil. Don't use butter to pop, it will burn.

I need the proper fuse letter/code for right rear light...2004 jeep cherokee

what type of light? turn signal, taillight,or brake light. if the right rear isn't working but the left rear is on the the brake light or the taillight then the problem isn't the fuse(the share the same fuse). may want to check the bulb socket on the right rear. the contacts get hot and melt the socket and the housing.

(BUTTER chamber thing) The little rectangular scooper-looking thing on the slope of the top is where you can put a chunk of butter that will melt from the hot air and drizzle into the popcorn popper as the popcorn is popping. My dad said you cant use oil in it

I have a Retro Series Popcorn maker, new. Can you tell me the kettle size in OZ, 2,3,4 etc. I have pre-measured packets given to me that are for a 4 oz Kettle. Thanks Dan Martin

Hello Dan, According to the manufacturer specifications, your popcorn popper has a 2 ounce capacity kettle. so you should be able to take those premeasured packets and by using exactly (close enough) half, get the desired results of pop corn out of your popper.

If you also want to use your own popcorn, here's some directions that will let you do that also.

First, turn on the popper and add 1 teaspoon of oil or butter, you can also use Land O' Lakes Margarine as it doesn't burn the popcorn like most butter will do so this is a personal preference (so you can use whatever your preference is but it must be melted). I've not tried it un-melted but I don't think it would work too well.

Then add ¼ cup of unpopped popcorn, brand doesn't matter. Wait and within 5 to 10 minutes it will hve popped.
Hope you find this Very Helpful and best regards!
