Are you talking about the indoor fan. Some have a time delay to allow the blower to cool the furnace and make use of the heat built up in the heat exchanger.

Bryant furnace

1) Shut power to furnace off, take panels off furnace.
2) Bottom part of furnace find the thermostat wires and make sure they are not touching each other where they connect control boards. You Should see Terminals R,G,W and Y.

3)This is a typical wiring if done by technician.
R=Power-should be red wire
W=Heat-should be white wire
G=Fan-should be green wire
Y=Cool-should be yellow or blue wire.

4) Disconnect the G terminal which is the fan leg and move it out of the way. Turn power on and turn thermostat up. The fan should not turn on until after the burners turn on. The fan should cycle off about 60secs. after the burner turns off.

5) If all of this happens make sure the wires at the thermostat are wired the same at the furnace Red to R and Green to G.
The color of wires you have may be different. But if the same colors are connected at the same terminals at the furnace and the thermostat, that is all that matters.

6) If you recently changed the thermostat, make sure the Rd or R terminal wire is not touching the G terminal wire at the thermostat.

Goodman furnace fan cylcing

The fan switch is set to turn on at approximately 125 degrees and run until the heat exchanger temp drops to around 105 degrees. With age the sensitivity of this switch varies and summer heat can cause the switch to turn on if the outside temp is over 100 degrees. Only the fan is running, not the burner but you can shut off the power to the unit if this is an issue.

Draft fan keeps on running after furnace shuts

That sounds pretty normal for most furnace/heater products. They run the heating element with fan for a cycle then after the heater reaches temperature it will shut off and the fan will continue to run to cool the element and to circulate the heat that it produced. If you want the manual for this product it looks like you can get it here: http://homeappliance.manualsonline.com/ex/product/headline/m/Coleman%2BEvcon/d/furnace/p/DGATO75BDC

Fan continues to run after heating

That's the fan switch. It's a thermostat that controls the fan coming on and off, it's probably failed and needs to be replaced. You can see it if you take the front off the furnace, the wires come off it and go to the fan motor.
