Ergorapido: light doesn't come on when vacuum is put on charge
It is new, I only got it yesterday. I put it on charge for about 15 hours, the light went off after a while : then I used it a couple of times, but the light doesn't go on now when I put it on the charger?? I've tried turning it on and off at the switch, makes no difference.

Try running the battery all the way down by letting the vacume run in a corner or another room and even when it stops leave it on for a hour to drain the battery. Then shut the switch off and try charging the battery. Make sure the charger is putting out enough volts by looking at the rated output of the charger and while it is plugged in check it with a volt meter. If it does not hold a charge and the charger is putting out the right voltage you need to purchase a new battery for the vacume
No, not worn out batteries. For my experience, if the batteries were worn, they would charge with the blue led being on and after that, the vacuum wouldn't hold his charge. just that. This is a different problem. Check the contacts between the charging station and the vacuum, mines got bent a bit and stopped making contact. This has happened twice and just fixed it about 30 min ago. That is why the led first lights and then goes off, there was just a brief contact between them. Nice vacuum, very powerful and handy but maybe it is just poorly made as it is engineered in Sweden but built in China.
If it will not come on there are several things you need to check. First off you should call and have your model type and serial number checked to be sure your unit isnt affected by the recall they had due to expanding batteries. Second you do have a 2 year warranty on the unit and if it wont even turn on there may be a defect. Are the blue charging lights coming on? If they are and your transformer is warm then there is more then likely a defective battery in the unit and you should contact customer service at 1800-896-9756
