ONIX WM3011 not draining

ONIX WM3011 E03? Water seems to not be pumping out. Could it be the pump or maybe something stuck in outlet hose?

Not sure about the E03 display but somehow mine got a sock stck in the outlet side and was severely restricting the pump flow so much that it was overflowing out onto the floor! I cleared it throught the hatch and plug on the bottom right on the front of the machine. All good since.

Most washing machines use a style of pump called an impellor. Well designed washing machines will have a small inspection port down near the floor on the front or side of the machine. open this port cover. Lay a towel on the floor and then unscrew the plug you find there. Expect water to come pouring out, that's what the towel is for. Foreign objects, hair, thread or even small bits of straw can block the impellor. Clear them out quickly and replace the plug. replace the cover. set machine to drain or spin.

Thanx for the advice. I got a new pump, put it in and the problem is still occurring. Won't pump water out and E03 on display. Put it in the shed and pulled out the old top loader! Problem solved :)

Unplug machine for 10 minutes.
If doesnt work something is stuck in your pump lots of water will come out if you choose to remove back panel so be ready a shop vac is a good thing to have on stand by keep machine unplugged
You can see in the pump if you see the obstruction take it out
If not turn the large knob counter clockwise freeing the pump from the drum .clear debris.reinstall put back together as was.plug in any wash as normal

Water pump hums and then doesn't pump out water, the machine keeps saying OE, but there is nothing stuck in the filter. Is the water pump bad or maybe a relay?

get a shop vac and try to **** water out through the drain hose, if water comes out at least you know your drain hose is not restricted, if you can get all the water out you may have something inside your pump not letting the impeller turn, especially if you can hear the pump humming, Drain water out and open unit up to check pump for restriction

Does not pump out water

The first thing to do is use a wet/dry shop vac and attach it to the end of the drain hose connected to your disposal.
If the water comes out easy the there maybe something stuck in the drain pump,if it does not come out easy then you need to check the hose for blockage.
once the water is removed and you did not find anything in the hose then you need to remove the drain pump and look for anything inside of it.If you don't find any thing in it then you may need to replace the pump.

Wont drain

there is a chance that there is something stuck in the drain pump.
you can use a wet dry shop vac and attach it to the drain hose to remove the water. If the water comes out easy there maybe something small stopping the pump,If it comes out hard there may be a piece of clothing stuck there.
Once the water is removed take off the back panel and the drain pump will located on the bottom left side of the tub.there will be a small L shaped hose that comes from the tub to the pump this needs to be removed and the other hose that leads to the drain hose check for any obstructions in the hoses and the pump. if you do not find anything then the pump could be faulty or the lid switch might be bad.
the last possible problem will be the main control board can be faulty.
I hope this is helpful and you get your machine up and running good luck

We have a GE front load washer WCVH6800. Recently we loaded some throw rugs into the washer. These rugs released a large amount of material. We cleaned the pump filter 3 times and it now seems clean. ...

The water inside the tub will drain out when the pump filter is removed from the pump housing and flood the base of the washer. If not, the tub drain hose is clogged preventing the water to drain into the pump housing then out.

The door is locked because the foam switch in the pressure switch is open due to the presence of water after the unsuccessful drain cycle.

Disconnect the washer from the power outlet. Remove the three screws holding the lower front access panel to the cabinet and pull the panel down to access the pump housing.

Squeeze the clamp that hold the tub drain hose to the pump housing and slide it back. Prepare a pan to catch the water to prevent flooding. The tub drain hose maybe difficult to remove and you may need to insert something under it to break the seal and pull it off.

Remove the tub drain hose from the tub by squeezing the securing clamp and pulling it off the tub drain outlet. Clear the hose and the tub drain outlet from any debris.

Reinstall the tub drain hose and manually unlock the door before reinstalling the access panel. Reach and pull the release ring behind and up the right side of the front panel, then open the door.

My washer is filling up and water dosent empty; motor runs, little water comes out not much, hose is free of debree?

the hose maybe free of debris but there is more than likely something caught in the inlet end outlet side of the drain pump.if the water is not draining properly you may need to use a wet dry shop vac and attch it to the end of the drain hose.once the water has been removed you can remove the hoses from the drain pump and look for the problem if you do not see anything near the pump make sure to look at the hose connection that comes down from the outer tub i have seen a couple of wash clothes stuck in there. i hope this helps, good luck with your washer

No drain or spin cycle

Check the following to address the issue--

1. Clogged drain line or water pump
Check to see if there's something stuck inside the pump or the drain hose connected to the pump (pump is usually located at the bottom and towards the back of the washing machine).

2. Water Pump
If the drain line isn't clogged, you may have a problem with the water pump such as a frozen pulley or a broken impeller. If that's the case replace the water pump. Note: if you have a belt driven washer, check the belt(s) for cracks, as this would be a perfect time to replace the belt(s) if needed.

Drum wont empty...have checked pump, seems to be working becasue some water is being pumped out..have checked filetr to pump and removed a couple of small buttons..outlet hose seems fine because initial...

It obviously is related to the pump and outlet hoses.
If it is a tap in waste then check for obstruction there,
Remove drain hose completely and run water though it to make sure it is fully clear.
Check inside the pump itself for any obstruction , if you are satisfied that every thing is o/k, then as a last resort, fit new pump.
Plz leave feedback for this solution.
