Yes it is is a heater element problem. YOu have to access from the back panel. There are screws need to be removed. Once the panel is off, you can see the Blower and the heating element assembly. Take off the housing so you can replace the heater.

Heater is running but cold air is blowing out. Is this a fuse, or the heating element? Can I fix it myself?

I would suspect the heating element. Unless you're comfortable working with high voltage, I'd suggest getting a service call.

Blowing cold air

This model dryer has two heating elements, one for the top and one for the bottom, I suspect that the bottom element is burned out. If you want to attempt it yourself then I can send you a service manual that will walk you step by step through the whole dryer.

Belling xou178 ss not heating up? fan blowing cold air, digital display working. is it the element and how do i fix it?

Yes most likely it is the element if the fan is still working.

First switch off the power to the cooker. You have to remove the back panel fom the back of the cooker which will give you access to the heating element, disconnect the wires and undo the retaining screws.

Remove the old element and fit the new, reconnect and it should be fixed.

LG DLE2532W NO HEAT

Sounds like the heater element is bad that is the main cause for them not to heat up . Their should be a cover on the back that comes off and you can get to the heater element after removing it .

Whirlpool Dryer blows cold air when starting no heat

Did the fuse blow out? If so then the heating element is shorted out. This happens frequently when they fail. If the fuse is blown check the condition of or change out the heating element.

Heater blowing out cold air

Yes you could have a bad overload on the heater element which is fairly simple to fix. To test for this pull the heater out and get an ohmeter set it to continuity and check the continuity first through the entire heater element then if there is none pin point the overloads and check to see which one has no continuity.
