Chances are that you have a low speed, high speed, and common lead (wire). One of the three wires should be white, this is your common, or neutral. If you ohm the other two wires, one at a time with the white wire, you can determine which speed is which. The higher the resistance the slower the speed. High speed should go to cool, and low speed should go to heat. Hope this helps.

Can i run a heat pump & air handler on the same 208/ 230v wire?

Read the nameplate on the compressor and on the air handler's blower motor. That's the only way to know what the load will be.

When the a/c is on it vibrates the whole house. Where is this problem coming from. It seems like it is in the squirrel cage, but i am not sure how to remove it

If the air handler is the suspected vibration point then pull the service panel off the air handler while it is running and look at the blower wheel while it is running. You should be able to see if there is a wobble in the blower wheel. If this is the case the blower wheel will need to be replaced and/or possibly the fan motor if the bearings are bad.
Since i do not know what brand unit you have i can't give exact instructions on how to remove the blower assembly. But as a general rule, there are only 4 or 6 screws holding the assembly in place. There are wires that have to be disconnected as well.
It is a pretty big job to replace a blower wheel or blower motor. In the case of a motor, the replacement motors are not original equipment and have to be modified to work correctly in any given system. This is better left to an expert.

I need to replace my blower motor on my air handler

Turn off power to machine and have a 5/16" or 1/4" nut driver handy take off front door of machine. Take a rubber coated Screw driver and place across the terminals of the Capacitor to discharge any stored electricity. Cut wires for blower Black, Red, white, two browns one with white lines on it probably. Look inside machine and locate where bracket holds squirrel cage to air handler and there you will find either 5/16" or 3/8" screw remove pull bracket out. Then you will need a 1/2" socket and a crescent wrench. Remove screws for motor bracket that is attached to squirrel cage. Also you need to loosen the set screw that attaches blower wheel to motor. Apply wd-40 if needed to remove blower wheel from motor. Then install new motor on the flat part of the shaft comes through wheel attach set screw to motor shaft at that position. Install new cap that goes with motor. place entire housing of motor back into air handler and then follow wires that where previously cut back to either relays, sequencers, or fan timer board located in top section of air handler. Tighten everything up and turn power on and make sure air is coming out of vents. Then your good to go.

How to adjust blowed speed on a rheem air handler

There are probably six wires coming out of your air handler blower motor. There are 2 brown wires which are capacitor wires, one white wire which is neutral, and probably red, black, and blue. Look behind the door of the air handler to see the wiring diagram. They should have the color coded speeds marked on the diagram. There is probably some sort of control board that the blower speed taps plug into. By changing these wires around on these taps you can adjust the speed of the blower motor.
