Question about Insignia NS-DV2G MP3 Player
I own a 1gb Insignia kix mp3player and the music plays but the keypads broken what do i do?

Try using an unbent paperclip and press into the reset hole for a count of 10 seconds. This should undo any software "glitches".
If this doesn't work, there is a hardware problem that would require soldering for a weak/broken joint, or the amplifier chip is failing.
