Your evaporator fan motor has quit. You need to find out if it is a relay or the fan motor. These systems come in various different setups. Updraft (vertical) or lay down (horizontal) you have to gain access to the motor and get it out. Turn off all power to the unit, look for any breakers at the panel. open the panel usually the same panel to access the filters. The motor and squirrel cage fan, will come out as one. look closely for rails at the top to slide the motor and cage out. Your wiring should unplug from the top close to the capacitor. you then can unbolt the motor - take pictures so you can reassemble it. Take the motor to a local HVAC store for a match. Be sure you get a new capacitor to go with the new motor.

No this is a whole new problem. Check out at the unit for a breaker, if no breaker check for a switch box with a kill switch. Turn off the power to the unit at this box. Open the panel on the unit, look for an access panel above the copper refg. lines, in this area will be all the controls, relays and wiring. Also on the inside will be a wiring diagram. Start looking at the wiring for any loose or burnt wire ends. Also once inside the thermostat will still be active, you may hear a slight buzzing sound if the t-stat is calling for cooling. If not have a helper turn the t-stat from cool to off and cool to off. you should hear the main relay flipping off/on with the t-stat. If not check the wiring small wires coming from the house to the relay, (most of the time they are a white and a red wire). If this relay is working you could have a safety switch that is keeping the compressor from working. Try the relay and t-stat wiring first. The voltage is 24volts ac to the relay from the t-stat. The transformer will be located takes 110volts ac and steps it down to 24volts for the controls. Look for this small wiring harness at the unit out side and see if it may have been cut weed whacking or something. Check all this and repost.

We have a 3 1/2 ton unit the internal blower is blowing but the fan on the top of the unit is not turning and we have air blowing out of the vent but it is not cold model number gph1342h21ae

If it is just the fan then the motor needs to be replaced...let it cool a few hours and then try it and see if it is just the fan or the fan and compressor that does not work...
If neither will start then either the t-stat is not working right or the contactor in the outdoor unit has gone bad...

I have a Goodman A/C unit. When I turn on the therostat the outside fan does not turn though there is a mild buzz sound. The blower blows warm air inside of my house. What could the problem be?

Does the cpompressor come on if not the sound you here maybe the contactor. Check float switch inside. It is underneath the unit or in front of the air handler. Drain stopped up need to blow out drain. Check outside breakers. possible bad capacitor on unit. Need service tech. Rusty

Everything turns on for my refrigerated unit, but no air blows.

I would have to guess that the fan is not working, which could mean that the fan is bad, or that there is a bad fuse. Also, it could be in the control panel that turns on the fan. If you know anything about wiring. Try hard wiring the fan and see if it actually works. If it does, then you would move on to checking the control panel.

Goodman A/c not working. cannot find manual. landlord away

Try replacing the batteries first. The blinking may be the battery indicator.

The fact that it blows air when you turn the thermostat to cool tells me that the thermostat is probably working. The problem is most likely outside at the condensing unit. There are lots of potential problems that could be found out there. Sounds like you will need a technician.
