The "circle with little triangle" appears to be the second LED. This is the status LED, which says the unit is ready. It is supposed to blink.
A blinking wireless LED indicates wireless transmissions occurring. Again, this is normal operation.
Is it possible that you are overreacting to a non-trouble condition?

You can try to reset the router.. While it's on, press the reset button for 15 seconds (do not release), then unplug the power cord, release the reset button, count 15 seconds then plug the power cord back, then press the reset button again for 15 seconds. Then try to reconfigure the router.

If the CD is not working properly you can get the drivers here: http://www.dlink.com/products/?pid=WBR-2310. Select support resources and choose your revision. On the next page choose "additional downloads" and then "quick router setup." Download and install.

Configure d-link wbr 2310 and now wont connect

Hi mech_warrior,

Press the reset button of the d-link router for 30 seconds, unplug and plug the power cord.

MAC cloning is used for Cable ISP configuration but that should not affect the router's functionality (odd router behavior) ;-)

That should do it!

Wbr-2310 error 112

Check your physical connection first. From the modem, it should be connected to the router's Internet port, then your computer must be connected to port 1 on the back of the router. Then do a power cycle, no need to run the setup CD. If it doesn't work, you need to manually configure the router. You may need assistance from D-Link tech support. Call their toll free number
