Can another galaxy 2 tab receive my information using my password and email address

probably-- once you have entered your pass word and address, the service provider sends the data to that receiver
so in effect you can receive your emails on another phone .pc-laptop when the address and password have been entered.

Texts sent from email address

In the settings app, under Messages, be sure to go to "Send & Receive" and make sure you are starting new messages from your phone number and not email address. this is a feature of iMessage.

How can i push on emails on my 3G iphone/

Getting Started
1 Tap on the Settings app icon on the home page 2. Scroll down and open Mail Contacts Calendars
3 Tap Add Account
4 Select Microsoft Exchange
5 In the Email field, enter your Gmail address Leave the Domain field blank Enter your Google s Username and Password Once done tap Save You might see the Unable to verify certificate error message Select ccept
6 A new Server input field will now appear Enter m.google.com Tap Next to continue
7 Select the Google services that you want to sync. For me, I activated all the available synchronization services. Tap Done google sync enable Your Google sync Push notification services is now set up To activate the push notification you need to turn the Push feature on in the iPhone Settings section. At the Mail Contacts, Calendar section tap Fetch New Data Make sure that the Push is turned to ON Done Few things to note 1 Google sync requires you to be constantly connected to the Web You have to keep your 3G or WIFI connection Always Of for the best result 2 The push notification can be very draining on your battery life If you value your battery life much more than the push technology turn the Push feature OFF for optimal performance Push email support is one of the iPhone 3G s most anticipated features for road warriors but it doesn't work with just any email account Find out how to get hooked up The iPhone 2.0 software available for the iPhone 3G iPhone and iPod touch can t automatically turn any email account into push email It can only instantly send new messages to your phone if your email service supports push email The new iPhone 2.0 software supports push email in conjunction with Microsoft Exchange servers and Apple s Mobile Me service (the replacement for Apple s Mac Apple has labelled Mobile Me Exchange for the rest of us and it can push email to devices running iPhone 2.0 plus keep the device in sync with Microsoft Outlook on a PC or Mail Address Book and i Cal on a Mac he new iPhone s main settings menu now features a new icon Fetch New Data which lets you enable push email You can also schedule the phone to automatically check non-push email services every 15 30 or 60 minutes, or else only manually Which email works with push Push support from other services depends on the provider. The original iPhone supported push email with Yahoo by routing email through i map.apple mail yahoo.com but the service was flaky. This is still the default Yahoo email wizard configuration under iPhone 2.0 but if it refuses to work you can still go into Other and manually set up POP3 Yahoo access Gmail does not support push email only I MAP or POP3 What if I m using G mail or my email from an ISP like iiNet Of course the workaround is to forward your existing email address such as a G mail account, to your Mac account You could even create server side filters on G mail to only forward emails from certain senders to your Mac address to ensure you re not bombarded with push email spam You can also configure Mobile Me to automatically check external POP3 email accounts but this won t get emails from a G mail account to your phone as quickly as it would if your G mail account was automatically forwarding them Push email uses more data The iPhone 2.0 mail client only downloads email headers from I MAP and POP3 servers, in order to save bandwidth When accessing push email services the phone automatically downloads the body of the email and small attachments meaning you need a generous monthly data allowance The iPhone disables its wifi adaptor when sleeping switching over to the mobile data network. This means most of your push email will come down over the mobile data network while the phone is at rest, even when you're within range of a wifi network

I can receive but not send e-mail from my iPad with my home Linkysis. However, I can send e-mail using my iPad outside my home.

believe it or not, this makes perfect sense. out on a limb, i'd say you have a 3G ipad, which is able to send email from any email address when connected to 3G service through AT&T because of an actually awesome thing AT&T does. However in the network can be a bit tricky. Need to know your email address, is @What.com?

Our monitoring system reported the following event. Just want to know the severity and what does the message entails. Alert Details Alert CategoriesEvents - SNMP Traps DeviceLTC DR Pro100 Firewall Alert...

Your firewall keeps a log of events. It periodically overwrites or starts a new log. It has a place in it's settings to put an email address so that it can send these logs to person overseeing this device. It is upset because it is trying to email the log to you but their is something wrong with the email address it is trying to send it to (could be empty, typo, etc...), find and check the setting for email address.
