The best thing to do is pull it away from the wall. Get the back bottom cover off (probably, card board). Get a good vacuum and clean the condenser coil of any dust....Getting the condenser coil as clean as possible, then replacing the fan motor would be your best option to get the fridge to run quieter and less frequent.

Drain clogged on MCBR415S

Unless that fridge has an automatic defrosting cycle, NO water should be collecting at the drain area under normal circumstances. The only time that drain is needed is during defrosting (manual or auto).
Does the unit ever turn the cool cycle off or is the fridge always running (does the fridge ever stop humming)? If the fridge is always running, ice will build up in the fridge and it is either because the thermostat is broken or the door is not sealing properly allowing the cold air to escape. This can be due to something inside the fridge is preventing the door from closing properly, the door itself being not properly aligned with the fridge compartment, a broken door seal or a bend door or a bend fridge frame.
Ice can build up fast when a fridge is installed in an area with high humidity (like in Florida) and the door is opened frequently (like every 5 minutes to get a beer out, like during a house party).
If the fridge door seems to seal properly and the fridge seems to keep things cool, it might be enough to defrost the fridge to get it back in proper operating condition.
When loading the fridge, allow enough space between items, to permit the air to circulate.
Good luck :)

My GE GDSS6KKXASS French Door refrigerator has frost/ice buildup on the back panel of the fridge, and it is especially bad around the holes in the panel. I can't tell where the water/moisture is coming...

The door seal is leaking. The air that circulates thru the fridge is where the moisture is coming from. Since it has to run more often to keep it at the right temp, the ice forms on the back. Replace the seal and the ice will disappear.

I have an AEG Santo 72348 ka fridge that is supposed to be self defrosting. Mine regularly freezes up inside. Any help ?

Usually this is a symptom of a faulty door seal or a very frequently opened fridge they extra moisture load from the environmental air.

Fridge seems to run too frequently

How old is the fridge? Newer units will run more frequently and make "running" noises.

Water leak

First check the seal is sealing tight. To do this use a piece of paper and close the door it should have resistance when pulling the paper out. If all is good your drain is clogged up. To clean this remove the back panel at the bottom you will see a hole about a 1/2' in diameter clean this out with warm water and a turkey baster or a piece of wire if necessary. Be careful not to puncture the tube. The drain tube runs all the way to the bottom to a drain pan. After it is clear run a baking soda water mix 50-50 down the drain to prevent future clogs. Here is a link to accesssing the drain.

Front end loader washer Model 300GWW Strong odor in washed clothing. towels, etc. Routinely clean inside surfaces of door rubber seal. Using 2X Ultra Tide (he)detergent. Please advise recommendations...

I don't know how frequently it is used but if it is not draining completely, the residual water may be going bad. This is much more likely if using well-water than with municipal water. The former does not have any chlorine in it.
You might try (once) to 'wash' nothing first; let the machine cycle with no load and then with load to see it if makes any difference. If it does, then either have the machine checked by a tech or dump a 1/4 cup (or less) of bleach in the machine after emptying. If it is simply water going sour, the bleach will prevent it turning skunk-like.
