Question about SanDisk Sansa e250 MP3 Player
The reason it says connect a device is because your device is not been recognize by windows properly..
What i would recommend you to do is to uninstall the device and reinstall it back...tou uninstall it...assuming that you are running windows xp...click on start, right click on my computer and go to properties..you should have your system properties open then click under hardware then device manager...look for the sansa device..it usually located under portable device..if its not showing there i would recommend you to look for under disk drives
