I don't find Lexmark Z25 driver for windows vista

Sadly Lexmark have not produced Windows 8 drivers for the Z25. In all honesty they do not list any Vista/Windows 7 drivers either. Generic windows drivers may do the trick, so I would advise running Windows Update (or the Windows 8 equivilant) to make sure they are completely uptodate.

Sorry I could not not offer a definative solution.

I regret to inform you that the Lexmark Z25 works only on Windows XP operating system. No driver is available for Windows Vista.

Lexmark has not yet launched the drivers for windows Vista.
However, there are few work around that have been found to work.
First of all install the drivers for the printer from the disc for XP only in case you have not done that.
Once done..try the below 2 fixes.

Fix#1
Click start...control panel..printers
Right click on lexmark printer...click properties...go to advanced tab
locate the option that says driver..usually it would have the entry z25-z35.
Once you click on the drop down there should be another entry by the name of z25-z35 color printer
select that option and click apply.

Test the functionality.
If above does not work try the second fix

Fix#2
Click start...control panel..printers
right click on lexmark printer...click properties...go to ports tab
select USB00x instead of LPT 1

The lexmark drivers and software required for installing the printer is available at www.lexmark.com

Select Drivers & downloads then driver finder.

Type in your model x2350 for example

Select your windows version

Download the setup program.

1.Download software
2.Run the downloaded setup
3.Plugin the printer when asked
4.Done

ps. if there are no drivers listed for your operating system, then your printer is not supported by that system. A generic driver may work with windows vista.

According to the Lexmark site they don't seem to have a compatible driver yet.
If you go to this link, http://www.lexmark.com.au/lexmark/sequentialem/home/0,6959,239544855_1230010431_0_en,00.html you can contact them either by phone or email to ask about your specific printer and when they are likely to have a driver for you.

Thay may be able to suggest some other solution also.

The printer hardware does not support vista, hence there no drivers for vista by lexmark .

I have the same problem. The Lexmark printer z 25 do not work on windows Vista. Please give a solution.

Lexmark does not have Vista drivers for that printer.

I saw something here about someone making a driver for that machine might work, can't get to the site from work: www.vistax64.com/vista-general/66911-lexmark-z25-vista-drivers.html

Unfortunately, the Z25 isn't supported by Vista.
