Question about Sony NWZ-E436F MP3 Player
I purchased a sony mp3 with a product replacement plan on 1/22/09. I have been having problems with it for 2 months. Sony's warranty states 90 days labor, and 1 year parts. Walmarts product replacement plan( that I also purchased) states it will replace product 1 year after the manufacture warranty expires. Walmart registration site states that both parts and labor expired. How can this be if I have till 1/22/11 for the product replacement plan. Can a supervisor from walmart answer this before the better business bureau is notofied. Thanks for your time, Mike
Take the player and all your documentation to your local walmart and exchange the player at the customer counter.
