It's much easier if the phone has an sd card slot. If the phone does, you can simply move the pics to the card, use a usb SD card reader and transfer them to your pc. If not, u can go to a local wireless phone store which has a cellbrite machine and hopefully transfer the photos to a camera that does take a SD card. 3rd option is to send the pictures via e-mail to yourself. Usually it's like sending a picture like a picture message, but instead of typing in a phone number, switch to "ABC" and type your e-mail address in instead. Media cables work, but only with software and drivers.. Generally a headache.. Best of luck. One last thing, if the phone has bluetooth, many kodak kiosks have bluetooth and u can synch them together to print the pictures or have a photo cd created. shadowcaster.
The trackball in any BlackBerry is the weakest part of the device. Gunk and lint get stuck under the trackball and will gum it up. You can use a small screwdriver or sewing needle to pop the chrome retainer out and then remove the entire trackball assembly. You can take the entire thing apart but I would not suggest it unless you've got the skills to put it back together. Soaking the assembly in alcohol might do the trick.
You can prise off the clear screen with a small thin flat-head screwdriver or the like, give it and clean and replace the clear screen again. If it loses its stickiness when you take it off, then dab a couple of drops of glue along the edge before replacing.
To perform a hard reset, use the stylus while pressing into the reset hole, press the power on/off button at the same time. Screen will prompt you to press the Green call and Red end call button together to confirm on hard resetting the device.
*Note: Hard resetting the device will cause the device to be reset back to its original factory default settings and all data will be lost.
i hope it will help your prob.

It is probably permanently damaged now. In general with electronic devices if you get them really-really dry before turning them on then a little clean water doesn't hurt. These never really turn completely off though so just getting them wet might be the end.
