Question about Panasonic Workio DP-3520 Copier
E7-27 relates to the lift mechnism of the trays on the finisher/sorter/stacker. did a bin or stack of boxes jam under the trays during operation? always keep this area clean. turn the unit off, unplug the finisher from the machine. switch back on and make 1 copy. turn device off, plug the finisher/sorter/stacker back in and switch back on. this should reset the finisher. if not it is possible a sensor is damaged or dirty. at this point you may have to call a technician
