I have a Sony tv model kdl 46s 2010. the picture shows well except bottom right corner and and it is blocking the vision don't know what it is but the rest is fine. What is. Wrong

If the "blocking" of your screen appears to be a random pattern, you have a cluster of dead pixels, and it is best to replace the entire set (as repairs are unreasonably expensive). If you are seeing a black SQUARE at the bottom of the screen, turn off all closed caption and text options.

32'' Insignia LCD is flashin colrs. wh,blk,rd,grn, blu. audio wrks

It could actually be quite a few things, loose wire, loose solder piece, bad crt's/picture tube, bad system board, or others. It's would have to be diagnosed with testing equipment. It will probably cost you another 150-200 for the new part to be put in.

Black horizontal lines across bottom 1/3 of screen

This is due to vertical section failure. Change the vertical supply rectifier diode and supply filters. Then check zener diode leakage in pumpup circuit section. Also check any electrolytic capacitors leakage in vertical section. If it is old model tv change vertical height, vertical lenearity presets also. I hope given details useful to you.
