You have to reset your tab its at the back of your tablet .or you may go nearest service provider to unlock it.if is not working go to unlock account enter your user name then choose pattern enter your new pattern and then enter it again for confirmation..or u shut down the device then hold the power button hold again the volume up and the power button together.you see the recovery mode scroll down the with volume down button press the factory settings using the power button..then press the power button again to reboot make sure your battery is fully charge.

I bouhgt replacement battery for my jet bok, but dont know how to change it?

Remove the small round rubber covers on four corners, no need to open the two bigger ones
now comes the toughest part
try to push in a small screw driver through the edge, do it gently and preferably on the lower corner,so that u dont damage screen in case u slip.
once u get a small opening try to take apart the cover.
this requires a lot of patience but once u get an opening of a inch or so it becomes easy
then when u are done with removing the whole cover u will c the battery
find the connector and again with a small scerw driver gently push away the connector, again lot of patience.
Again the connector of the new battery has to be put in carefully.
Once its pushed in all the way u r done.
Close the cover and charge the battey for atleast for 10 hours.
U r done with the replacement

It is most likely the switch. To be certain, hold the lower switch button on the front in with a small screwdriver and push the switch. BE SURE to push the button in first, and then the switch. If the motor doesn't start, you need a new switch assembly.

Silent mode button broken.

Dont try to take short cuts. They make make things worse. Just send it in to iphone recharge. They can open it and maybe fix it without any parts (cheaper).

Try iphone recharge.

Up & down push button not working

Repaired the same problem several months ago. The up/down control has a very small switch located under the button. The switch is part of the selector switch assembly that costs upwards of $100. However, the switch itself is available from Digi Key electronics part # P12321-SCT-ND at about $1.00 each, plus shipping. If you can handle the unit disassembly, which is extensive in this repair, and can solder very small switches, this is an inexpensive fix. I suggest you buy some spares. I'm looking for a seal replacement for this unit right now. Good luck.

Sounds like the system switch is broken. They use a piece of spring steel thats bent up to provide a snapping action (its very small). After years of continuous pressing the metal fatigue fails and breaks so there is nothing to keep the contacts apart. The most common button you will see this is in the volume up because its used the most. It seems that people usually adjust their volume up in more steps than lowering the volume as their ears adjust to the levels plus people tend to push the volume up button harder than the volume down.. There are a couple things you can do when this switch goes bad. There is probably a button on there that you dont ever use or could live without (loudness perhaps). You can take the good switch off that button and replace the volume button with it. You can do this by either desoldering them or by popping the clip off the switch and replacing guts. I have found it much easier to desolder them however because the small pieces are difficult to manipulate. If you dont want to lose the function of another button, you can try matching the switch with one from an electronics supply place like digikey, or go to a repair shop and ask them to replace the button or sell you a good button out of a broken face. Good luck!
