Question about Craftsman Blower Attachment
CRAFTSMAN 2 cycle gasoline powered blower / vac Model # 358.794740. This blower starts up reliably and will idle - however when swithched to the "run" position the engine will not accelerate and stalls. It will restart - but stalls when the throttle trigger is pulled. I have cleaned the air filter, installed a new spark plug and a new fuel line filter. What can I do to fix this?
Most Probably the problem lies in the adjustment of the carburettor. There are two needles in the carb one for lowend adjustment and one for high end adjustment. Your lowend adjustment seems fine. The highend needle needs to be adjusted. Following are some very detailed procedures for adjusting these types of carbs
If your machine has a carb other than a "Walbro" dont worry the procedures are same. I am sure if your engine has not completed its life span this will solve your problem.
