Question about LG Lotus Cell Phone
I can hear people when they call but they say they can barely hear me. Is there a button I pushed somewhere that may have caused this? Is there a setting for the mouthpiece?
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

SOURCE: Broken Razr Mouthpiece
This is a hardware issue and a known problem with this phone. It's a simple loose/out connection between your board and your mic. Your carrier should correct it if it's within a year of original purchase.

SOURCE: lg lotus speaker has no volume
My friend says it's a bad connection to the speaker, called a piezo (pezio?). My problem started with being able to hear callers but the warbly water sound was annoying. A couple of months later the volume of caller's voices was very soft. A day later they couldn't hear me at all, but as you've said I could hear them just fine. His suggestion was to see if the carrier/Sprint would replace the phone (manufacturer's warranty for one year), as this is not the kind of item "they" fix. Good luck to both of us!
