There was no category for this and I could not get through to the online chat person, so posting this the best way that I can. We are having major problems with this fairly new model. It is simply not getting things very clean. Sheets now have to be pre-soaked in the sink first which we did not have to do before with our old top-loader. The pre-wash cycle and heavy soil setting does not help much, but sure does get everything nice and wrinkled. We now have to IRON the sheets too...did not have to do this before. The dryer that comes with the WM2233 is not getting the wrinkles out much either. Any suggestions on what we need to do differently?

Re: WM2233HD washer not great
The problem is the amount of water it takes in.
level is too low. This can be an easy fix of cleaning the filter in your machine. ( the water inlet filter)
This normally after about 2 year will get clogged..
Is located in your hoses connection.
if this does not work please come back to me and we will work it out

I cannot fully understand your question.
My guess is that you put clothes in washer, the washer fills with water, but will not agitate? If the washer has ever been overloaded or had an item get caught under the impeller the clutches on top of the agitator may have broken, they are designed to do so to prevent damage to the motor or a person if they were caught in the agitator.
Since I am not certain of your exact problem, this is as far as I will venture into your problem, good luck. You can try a translator online and post the complete question for better results.
From what you have described, it sounds like your Frigidaire washer will not complete a cycle. If so, you may either have a communication error from the main control board or the timer itself may not be operating correctly. If you noticed a humming noise, it could either be a clogged drainage hose or pump that needs to be cleaned, or it could possibly have another issue with the door lock assembly. I would personally contact a professional to accurately diagnose your washer to determine the root cause to reduce the risk of unnecessary parts.
code E52 typically relates to the speed control board or the motor itself. An
experienced service technician would test these parts by measuring the
resistance of the motor to distinguish exactly which part it is. This is not a
typical do-it-yourself job. Personally, I would recommend reaching out to a
qualified appliance repair person who will be best able to pinpoint the exact
problem causing the error code. I hope this information helps to some degree.
Hi Carly, Sorry to say this but (I am saying it gently!) it would help whoever helped you, if you will rate the solution accordingly- from the solution page rather than raising another post. In that way the person will know that they have been successful ;-0) Thanks, John C

I have the same problem and the part that the bobbin sits in is called a STITCH LENGTH CONTROL CRANK Part number 312801 That's all I could find out. Unfortunately for me - that little lip on that part broke off. I didn't realize it had come loose and when I changed out the bobbin - crunch! Do you know where to get parts online???
