I get a brown sludge build up which transfers to any clothes that are by the rubber seals and the door when it spins. This didn't occur with my 2 previous Hoover machines that I had for a total of 30 years, but occurs with my new Bosch machine. I have not changed my washing habits - I am mean with the soap, don't use conditioner and have always done 40 deg washes with very few 60 deg.
It has been suggested that I clean the machine with vinegar or washing soda or dishwasher cleaner. Has anyone tried any of these or have another solution?
