Question about Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W50 Digital Camera
I think I may have somehow erased my 512 memory stick PRODUO incorrectly, because now it will only allow me to take 6 pictures before the card is full. I have a Mac, and iPhoto does not seem to have an option to clear the card, nor does the Cyber-shot have an option to completely delete the stick, so what should I do? If there are no photos to erase, then it seems I've run out of options.
what you can do is transfer those pictures to a computer before deleting the pictures in the camera. whenever your take pictures, they are directly stored to the memory card. accordingly to your preferred memory storage. so if in doubt, save your pics to a computer before deleting.
hope this helps.

you can erase ALL data on the card (all pictures) and not a chosen few as this camera is not having that option.
to erase all pictures simply FORMAT the card in the "FUNCTION" MENU .

Please format the memory stick using the formatting tool to delete all the contents of the memory stick. This camera does not have the option to select multiple images and then delete them.
