trl + Alt + Delete.... Find the process and end it...
If you don't have administrator rights, restart computer and then go to BIOS and delete from there ( i wouldn't recommend you do that unless you KNOW what your doing or else your gonna mess up your computer)

These are the official uninstall instructions:

After rebooting, K9 will be completely uninstalled.
