Your question is not very detailed but you should use one mono amp for the L channel and another for the R channel. Don't bother with any Bi-wiring.

Do i hook the speaker wire in to the top or bottom wire recepticles of the speaker

These are bi amp capable speakers...if you have the jumper in place (connects top and bottom terminals together) it's set up for standard full range connection - you can use either set. If the jumper is not in place, it's set up for bi amp which means you would connect your low frequency wire to the bottom terminals, and the high frequency wire to the upper terminals.

How do you hook up the speakers to a receiver. It has duel inputs. Is it two separate channels, or what?

Hello,if the speaker has 2 red and 2 black connectors then its designed to have an option for bi-amping and or bi-wiring.If you dont intend to do either than simply connect the reds together with a speaker wire and do the same with the blacks(if there is already a metal post connecting them than dont do anything but connect your speaker to the reciever as usual.

How do i hook up an amplifier to my car stereo

Depends what your looking to do. If you are looking to hook up a 4 channel amp or a monoblock... 4 channel amp is used for speakers.. mono block is used for subs.
In any way you will need a wiring kit(available almost anywhere car audio equipment is sold)
You will also need to remove your deck to connect RCA's and remote wire to. with that all being done you will need to feet a wire through your firewall and hook it up to your battery and then run it underneath the carpet of your car to your trunk. When running the power wire make sure it is not live so that it does not spark and catch anything on fire.

PIONEER 300 WATT CAR STEREO AMP WIREING HOW TOO

depending on how many channels the amp is, you may not be able to hook everything up to it.

usually you have a separate amp for subs. 4 channel amp for the speakers in the car, and a mono amp for the subs.

To hook them all up to the same amp you would need an amp with 5 channels. It wouldn't work out right.

If you have a mono amp its only for subs.

If you have a 2 channel you can either hook it up to the rear speakers or bridge them to mono to run the subs.

you need a channel per speaker basically.

Still sounds like my speakers are in mono

Make sure that the speaker config is set to stereo or surround, depending on speaker capabilities. Once you run the speaker config in sound devices you should be all set. Hope this helps.

Alpine pdx 1.000 keeps cutting out

You are going to want to make sure all your power wires and grounds are 4 gauge as well as the wire leads to and from the capacitor-4 gauge also. make sure you have a very good ground - the power wire from the battery should hit a distribution block-from the dist. block a 4 gauge should go to the capacitor another 4 gauge to the mono amp and another to the 4 channel amp -every component should have a good solid ground even if you have to bust out a grinder and a drill and some self tapping sheet metal screws and go nuts on it- see if that helps you

Cant get but one side to work

This amp (kenwood  819)  was designed for use with a sub-woofer, hence the single chanel. It will however power up 4 speakers in mono, and if they are capable of handling the amps.while robbing you of the benefits of stereo as well as left, right and fade control.Good luck...
If you still want it connected. You should purchase an amp installation kit, and review the topics and videos at this web site. www.installdr.com

Good luck...

Hooking my amp from my subs to run the rest of my speakers in my car

You need some more channels to do that. Because the amp is only stereo, the min required to run stereo and subs is 3 channels to get a configuration up. Good luck, and thanks for using FixYa. :)
