First make sure dell computer is in network with bizhub for that press windows key +R key then you can see run then type in run "ping 192.168.2.155 -t"without "" then press ok then if you get reply from.. thjen your printer is in netwrok with computer but if you get request time out then you need to check ip address subnet mask and gateway ip of computer gateway ip and subnet mask both should br same in both computer and printer.
Also make sure ethenet lan cable working fine.
If you use wireless make sure that computer and printer are get ping reply of wifi router.
Make sure driver installed reinstall printer driver .
Then check.
