The water comes out of the pot and tastes funny. also, the hand dispenser is not working. We have the 7.0 The model number is mhp7060s

We fixed our urn w/ a part for $1.99, resister. I have not solved the pump not workingproblem. There is a break in the air seal

I too have a Magic Mill hot water urn. Lately, it goes into a "dry boil" state,
and then the water does not stay hot. Does anyone know what this is?
