Question about Cyberhome CH-DVD 300 DVD Player
The fault is probably the DVD and box connection to TV on AV1 and 2, or the settings.
If you are using AV cables you need to check that the yellow video r cable is properly connected, along with thered and white audio cables. The cables must go from DVD or box output to TV input.
If you are using component cables, then the audio may need an additional cable.
To be more specific I need to know the following.
Model of each component connected to TV (DVD, box etc)
Type of cable used and what cable connects to what input on TV.
